The New Year is here and to start off the year, come and meet our new site-coordinator, Debbie Fries. 
Mark Your Calendar for the following events taking place at the center.
Sat. Jan 6, Community Bingo, with Chicken & Dumplings dinner starting at 5:00-6:30.
Mon. Jan.8, Tai Chi will start at 9:00 am. Red Hatters.  Be sure and bring your calendar as this will be a planning meeting.
Fri. Jan. 12, Bunco, starting at 9:00 - 11:00.
Mon. Jan. 15, Center will be closed for Martin Luther King Day.
Tues. Jan 16, Jam Session Grab a bite to eat starting at 5:30 with music from our own talented mountain musicians.
Fri. Jan. 19, Computer classes from 10 - 11:00 am.
Fri. Jan 25, Waffle Breakfast starting at 8 - 11:00 am for only $7.00.  Eggs to order, bacon and waffles!
Wed. Jan 31, Birthday Bash
Weekly ActivitiesMon., Tai Chi,crafts and low impact chair exercise, Tues. Nickel Bingo starts at 10:00 am.and Advanced Quilters. Wed. Crafts, Thurs., Beginners Quilters.
Free Wifi Hot spot offered at the center.  Artists are invited to share their work at the center,  please contact the center 855-3300.  This month's Artists is Deanna Bristow, be sure and check her paintings out.  The center is taking orders for Super Bowl Beer Rocks.  Price is $4.00 each, pick-up on Sat. Feb. 3.  Call the center with your order.

Jan 11 Salisbury steak w/gravy, baked potato, wheat bread, pineapple bits, Fri. Jan 12, sweet & sour pork, brown rice, broccoli Normandy , diced pears.

The year end is upon us, and so is the cold weather. Burr! This is a very busy time for all of us here at the Center and at home.  Please take time to come to the Center and visit with friends.
Sat, Dec. 9, Holiday Craft Fair from 9 to 2 pm, at the Sierra High school large gym, with over 50 vendors.  One stop Christmas shopping. 
Sat. Dec. 16, Christmas Dinner served from 5 - 7 pm, for only $12. adults and $6.00 for children.
Turkey, ham and all the trimmings, desserts and drawings. 
Mon. Dec. 18, Breakfast with Santa.  Santa will be here from 8:00 am to 11:00 am before he heads off to the North Pole.  Eggs, bacon and waffles will be available. A great photo opportunity for all.
Tues. Dec. 19, Jam Session, stop in for a bite to eat and stay for an evening of great music, fun with cowboy poet.
Mon. Dec. 25 - and Mon. Jan. 1 the Center will be closed, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Wed. Dec. 27 - Birthday Bash.  Help those who have birthdays in Dec. celebrate with a special dessert.
Remember all the daily activities at the Center.  Mon. Crafts and Delores' Low Impact Exercise Class.  Tues. Nickel Bingo and Quilters, Wed. Crafts and crochet assistance.  Thurs. Beginners quilting.
The Center is always looking for an artist of the month.  If you or someone you know would like to be the Artist of the Month, please call the center at 855-3300.  A great way to display your talent.
The Center is a great place to come and have a cup of coffee or do crafts or just have lunch and visit with friends. Make it a point to be a part of this wonderful Center, its for everyone.
