What a start to the second month of the new year. Snow, rain, freezing temperatures. The Community Center is the place to come to warm up and visit with others.

Activities for the month: Mexican Train every Friday, except Feb. 8th which is Bunco Day.
Wed. Feb. 13 Red Hatters sponsoring a Sweetheart Valentines Party Potluck/Glamour Shots.
Tues. Feb. 19, Jam Session. Food available for purchase,starting at 5:30. Mountain Musicians and the Cowboy Poet will entertain you that evening.
Wed. Feb. 20, Dichroic Class starting at 9:00. Come and be creative, making your own jewelry.
Fri. Feb. 22, Waffle Breakfast, Start you morning off with an awesome.
Waffle breakfast from 8 - 10 am.
Wed.Feb. 27, Birthday Bash. Come and help the February birthdays celebrate.
Weekly activities: Monday, Tai Chi and Low Impact exercise classes starting at 9:00 am
Tuesday, Nickel Bings starting at 10:00 am Advanced quilters 9:30 - 11:00.
Wednesdays, Crafts 9:00 - 11:00 and Crochet assistance. Thursdays Beginners Quilting at 9:00am
Please remember to renew your yearly dues. The center is always looking for artists. If you know of anyone, please let the center know. We would like to hang their paintings.
Menu: Thursday, Feb. 7, cheese lasagna, carrot/raisin salad, sourdough bread & tropical fruit; Fri. Feb. 8, Country style meatloaf, mashed potatoes caesar salad, wheat dinner roll, mixed fruit; Mon. Feb. 11, Beef enchilada casserole, refried beans, fruited jello; Tues. Feb. 12, chicken pesto bowtie pasta, broccoli salad, sourdough bread, raisins; Thurs. Feb. 14, Turkey & cheese sandwich, lettuce, tomato, onion, vegetable soup, tropical fruit; Fri. Feb. 15, chicken thigh w/mushroom sauce, calif. Mix veggies, wheat bread & applesauce.
Center will be closed Feb. 18, Presidents Day. Free WiFi Hot Spot at the center. Thrift Store open on Mondays, & Wednesdays. 2nd Tuesday and last Friday of the month.
