April, A Beautiful Spring

What a gorgeous day in the Foothills.  What a fun time to be at the center. Come on over and enjoy the many activities offered.
Sat. April 7, Dinner & Bingo - This month the Sierra Women's Service Club will be serving Chili Verde starting at 5 pm - 6:30 pm. Stay and enjoy a fun night of Bingo.
Mon. April 9, Red Hatters Annual Thrift Shop Adventure. Meet at the center by 8:30.
Wed. April 11, Easter Egg Hunt with the preschoolers starting at 10 am. 
Fri, April 13, Bunco at 9:00 am.
Sat. April 14, Quilt Show at Mormon Church.9 am to 2 pm.
Mon. April 16, Volunteer Luncheon, sign up at the front desk
Wed. April 18, Cal Fire with Smokey at 10 am, with information on fire prevention Education
Wed. April 25, Dichroic Glass, & Birthday Bash
Fri. April 27, Waffle Breakfast 8:00 to 10 am
The regular weekly activities are
Mon. Crafts, Low Impact Exercise and Tai Chi; Tuesday, Nickel Bingo and Quilters
Wed. Crafts, Crochet Assistance, Thurs. Beginners Quilting class.
The Center has a thrift store which is open Mon. & Wed., 2nd Tuesday and last Fri. of the month.
The Center also has free WiFi hot spot and computer Assistance.
If you are an artist or know of one, who would like to display their projects,please contact the center 855-3300.

Thurs., April 5, Chicken Bow-tie Pasta, Hi C Salad, French Bread, raisins; Fri. April 6, Enchilada Casserole, green salad, fruited jello; Mon. April 9, Chili Verde, refried beans, flour tortilla, tropical fruit; Tues.April 17, Breaded fish, tossed salad w/broccoli, wheat roll, pineapple bits, Wed. April 18, Fettuccine Chicken, Alfredo, Hi C Salad, French Bread, Tropical Fruit, Thurs. April 19, Polish Sausage Dog on whole Wheat Bun, pickled beets, sliced apples, Fri. April 20 Pepper Steak, parsley Mashed potatoes, wheat bread, Diced peaches.
Don't Forget Yard Sale and Country Breakfast Saturday, June 9, $10.for your yard sale space, $8.00 for your yummy country breakfast.
The center has wonderful volunteers, but there is plenty of room for you.  Please come and enjoy the Senior and Community Center.
